How to ask a proper support question

In the situation you need help for your problem the possible best way to get an helpful answer is to ask a proper question and describe your problem as best as possible.

I found the best template for such a situation and I guess independently from the platform you're asking you will get the most helpful answers.

so ...

I'd like to have... when using... but instead I get ...;
I've tried... and... but none of them worked.
