Word 2010 does not start

On Win 7 Word 2010 startet not full. The window stayed in the task bar and could not be maximized.
Word started well in safe mode.
Solution:
Delete the REG Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Data
